This type of furniture has long been needed, as a replacement for traditional wooden furniture, that doesn’t offer anything in terms of weatherproofing, in fact it’s the worst culprit for taking up your time sanding down and oiling your bench or set. We much prefer all weather garden furniture sets, as they can be left outside all year round, without any maintenance needed at all. It’s why they are called “all weather” or “no maintenance”, however they obviously won’t survive if the weather blows down a tree onto them, but they are built to withstand exposure to the natural elements of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands.

Our home delivery service is via a courier that delivers the product directly to your door. Home delivery is available to UK mainland addresses (excluding some Scottish postcodes, see below). Please note that we can no longer ship items to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.
Some Online furniture prices include delivery to the UK mainland (excluding some Scottish post codes), but please check the individual product for more information.
We are based in Leicestershire (just off the M69), so if you live locally why not visit our garden centre where you can try out all the furniture you can see here. We often have ex-display deals in store that are not available online. In-store prices may differ and do not include delivery.
If you have a preferred delivery date in mind please let us know by using the comments box when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise your item(s) will be delivered within 7 working days of your order being placed.
You will receive an email from the courier on the day of your expected delivery to give you a timeslot for that day. This means you do not have to stay in all day waiting for a delivery to arrive.
In the event that you are not home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card at your address to arrange another suitable date for delivery. When placing your order please use the comments box to let us know where the courier can leave your item(s) safely in case you are not in.

When will my product be delivered?
If you have a preferred delivery date in mind please let us know by using the comments box when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise your item(s) will be delivered within 7 working days of your order being placed.
Can you give me an exact time of delivery?
Our courier company delivers between 9am and 6pm but unfortunately we cannot give an exact time. However, there is no need to stay in all day waiting for a delivery. You will receive an email from the courier company on the day of delivery with a timeslot.
Can my product be left safe if I am not at home?
This can be arranged with the courier company. Please use the comments box when placing your order to let us know where your item(s) can be left safe if you will not be home.
What if my item is delivered damaged?
We advise customers to thoroughly check their item(s) before signing for them on receipt of delivery. In the unlikely event that your item(s) is damaged, we advise customers to sign for the item(s) as damaged and contact us immediately so that we can get the necessary replacements sent out to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy
Here at gardenfurnitureuk.co.uk, we can guarantee that all of our garden furniture will only leave the premises after being fully quality checked and safely packaged. However, if there is a problem with any of our products, here are the steps you should take:

Inaccurate Order
If we send you something you did not order, please let us know within 7days. You may return the item within 30 days for a full refund (including delivery costs). Please return it to the address stated above.
Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately informing us of the problem. You can return it within 30 days to either receive a replacement product, or a full refund (including delivery costs). Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If, upon receiving your item, you find it to be damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. You can return the item within 28days for a full refund (including delivery costs).
You can return anything you’re not happy with within 30 days of delivery, as long as you have already let us know within 7 days We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 30 days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
Cancellation Policy
Any order that has not been dispatched can be cancelled at any time for a full refund. Simply email info@gardenfurnitureuk.co.uk complete with your order number, and your wish to cancel.
If an order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please be aware that it will be your responsibility to return the product to us within 28days. Until it is safely returned to us the product is considered your responsibility, no refund will be issued until the product is back with us.
The return address is clearly stated in our Returns Policy.
We withhold the right to deduct money from the refund if the product is returned not in its original condition, leading for it to be discounted for possible resale.

Time of Dispatch
This represents the time and date at which we dispatch your item for delivery.
Sales Agreement
Once you click “confirm order” and we accept, you enter into an agreement for us to sell you Goods using these terms. You will also receive an email detailing your order to us. The details of the Goods, the price, VAT, and delivery costs are set out in the order page but may change between the date of order and the Time of Despatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, giving a full refund.
We aim to give you a clear idea of the nature of the Goods we sell. However, you appreciate that there are sometimes slight variations in size, shape and colour between individual products. Illustrations, descriptions other information as to particular products are approximate and for guidance only. We may in our sole discretion from time to time vary the nature of the Goods from that advertised without notice to you, so long as these variations are not material alterations.
Order Details
The details (quantity, condition and description) or the Goods will be the ones specified after confirmation from us that your order has been dispatched.
Orders are accepted at our own discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are in stock, the order reflects the current price (at the time of despatch), you are based eligible for Delivery (i.e. in the Delivery Area) and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction.
The Goods on gardenfurnitureuk.co.uk are only eligible for delivery if you live within the Delivery Area.
Price of Goods
If the price of the Goods increases between the date we accept your order and the time of Dispatch, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable then you will of course have the option of cancelling the order for a full refund.
Delivery and build charges are all displayed in the final order page and email, and are included in the final price of your order but may be subject to change with prior notice from us.
Payment terms
We will charge your credit card account for payment upon receipt of order and aim to dispatch within 7 working days of receiving your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the right payment details.
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the Goods from your account on delivery of the Goods to you, we can cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from gardenfurnitureuk.co.uk, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
Delivery
We will deliver the Goods to the address we receive from your order. It is very important that this address is accurate. If you know you will be out on delivery date, give specific instructions about where to leave your items. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We will aim to deliver within the time frame given, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to inform you that the delivery date will have to be changed.
Risk and ownership
The full ownership and responsibility of the items (including damage and loss) for your order is yours, after we have successfully delivered, or have attempted to deliver your items.
You will only own the Goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
Warranties
We aim to deliver our products in the high quality that you should expect from Sapcote Garden Centre. We warrant that at the time of despatch the product/s will be; free from any defects, and of the description and specification prior agreed.

Legal Responsibilities
If you have a fair claim of Goods that have failed in either quality, specification, or condition, in accordance with the terms and conditions shown, and you have returned the Goods within the time frame shown, then you will be entitled for a full refund of the price paid for said Goods, or an exchange for a product of the same value.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will not be held responsible or be in breach of the Contract, if we fail to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
